The Volunteer & Ambassador Program invites purpose-driven individuals from across the globe — especially youth, diaspora members, students, and creatives — to be part of something bigger than themselves. Whether you're looking to contribute your time, skills, or network, your involvement helps power an international platform that blends fashion, sustainability, innovation, and diplomacy.

Volunteer Roles

• Guest Relations & Hospitality
  Welcome and guide attendees, speakers, and VIPs

• Stage & Backstage Support
  Assist models, designers, and show directors

• Registration & Info Desk
  Help with check-ins and general inquiries

• Social Media Content Crew
  Capture stories, reels, and moments from the ground

• Logistics & Production Assistants
  Support set-up, coordination, and tech teams

• Runner Roles
  Be the flexible fixer and go-to helper across departments

Do you have a strong network in your community, city, or university? Join our AFWA Ambassador Network and help spread the word about AFWA 2025, recruit participants, and represent our values globally.

As an Ambassador, you’ll:
